We've streamlined our entire affiliate process to ensure ease of use, while still maintaining extremely accurate tracking.

1. What do I need to become an affiliate?

If you are planning on sharing Seedsman content on your social media, you need to have a minimum of 1,100 followers on one of your cannabis related platforms. If you own a Web property, you must have a minimum of 500 visits / month.

When signing up, you need to have a valid URL. You can give the URL to your YouTube channel/Website/Instagram for example. Without it, we will not approve your account.

You can promote our products through social media posts, YouTube videos, web banners, search engines - you name it!

All you need to do is to send a visitor to our site via a special link (called an 'affiliate link'), and if he or she buys anything from us, you will get up to 35% of the sale value!

2. How do I know I will be paid for my referral?

The program is powered by Post Affiliate Pro, the leading affiliate tracking software. Post Affiliate Pro uses combination of cookies and IP address to track referrals for best possible reliability. When the visitor follows your affiliate link to our site, our affiliate system registers this referral and places cookie on his or her computer. When the visitor pays for the product, affiliate system checks for cookie (if not found, checks for IP address of referral) and credits your account with your commission.

This process is automatic. All your referrals will be properly tracked.

3. What is the difference between “Approved”, “Pending” and “Declined’ transactions?

Approved transactions:

Approved transactions are transactions that have been made, paid and received by the customer through your affiliation.

Pending Transactions:

Pending transactions can appear in your commission panel when a customer has chosen a longer payment method such as credit card or cash.

The transaction appears as Pending until the customer has fully paid their order and received their products.

This process can last a couple of months.

Once the transaction has been completed, it will automatically switch to "Approved".

If the payment has failed and therefore the customer has not received their products, the transaction will automatically switch to "Declined".

Declined Transactions:

Declined transaction happen when the customer's payment has failed, or the order is cancelled / refunded.

When a customer starts browsing on the site and add products to their cart, it momently creates a "ghost" order in the backend of our website.

The affiliate platform picks-up this "ghost" order and list it in your commission panel.

If the customer finalises their transaction, this "ghost" order will then become a real order and will automatically switch to "Approved" or "Pending", depending on the payment method they have selected.

If they abandon their cart, the "ghost" order will remain in your commission panel but will automatically switch to "Declined".

4. Can I make money signing up other affiliates?

Yes! Sign up new affiliates using a special link found in your affiliate admin panel (under ‘Signup Subaffiliates) and make 5% of sales they generate!

5. How is the payment handled?

Payouts are processed on the 20th of each month. The date can slightly vary if the 20th is during the weekend. If this is the case, it’s usually processed a couple of days in advance.

In order to receive payment, you need to reach a minimum cumulated commission of €100.

If you have reached the minimum commission required, you will receive an invoice to recap the amount you will get as well as all the details you have provided us.

Our finance Team processes the payments manually, so depending on the payment method you have chosen, the transaction can take from one to three business days to appear in your account. It usually takes a couple of days for them to process them all.

We offer three different payment methods to our affiliates: WireTransfer, PayPal and Bitcoin!

We always ask our affiliates to update their bank details on their affiliate accounts before the payouts to make sure there is no issue or delay of delivery.

However, things like this can happen, and if you notice it, contact us at as soon as possible so our team can take care of changing the payment details.

6. How do I set up an account?

Setting up an account is very easy and it's completely FREE. You don't have to pay for becoming an affiliate.

All you need to sign up go to the Signup Form below and fill it out. After a review from our affiliate manager, you will receive email with your password and other information.

As our affiliate, you will have your own control panel where you can see detailed statistics of traffic and sales you refer, news and training materials and a choice of banners, text links, coupons and sticker packs that you can promote.

Then all you need to do is place an affiliate, banner, text or other link on your website / social media page so you can start sending customers to our site!

7. How do I receive free products to promote?

We offer all affiliates 3 x 3 packs of our in-house Seedsman strains free of charge, however, your account will be reviewed to ensure that you are posting content from our products, and you must be pushing your affiliate link at the same time as the grow.

To receive the seeds, you must have a Seedsman account setup with a linked address, and you can then choose your strains from the 'Seedsman Strains' page on our site. You must pick the correct country to ensure we have the strain in stock.

Once you have chosen your strains, you can email us at and we will give you a code to place your order.

8. What is an affiliate link?

An Affiliate link is a special URL where you will be directing your visitors. When someone clicks on your affiliate link, you will receive commission from any order they place. You can use your general affiliate link, a product affiliate link or a banner with your code attached. All of this can be found in your affiliate panel.

9. What is a coupon code?

A coupon code is a special, onetime use code that provides customers with a discount.

We offer our affiliates custom codes on request and the discount rule for these is -10% off the total order. This is a great way to incentivise your visitors to make a purchase!

In some cases, it is also a safer and easier way to advertise your affiliation, as you have the option of verbally promoting your unique code rather than having visitors click through one of your links. This code is linked to your affiliate account and commissions are credited once a purchase is made.

10. Can I promote you through pay-per-click search engines?

We no longer have the option of generating commissions per clicks.

11. What's the cookie expiry time in your affiliate programme?

Our affiliate cookies expire after 90 days. This means that your referrals have 90 days after clicking your link to make a purchase that will credit you commission.

Our cookies are not deleted after a sale so you can earn multiple commissions from the same customer.

12. How do I use Direct Link URLs?

Direct Link URLs is an advanced feature that allows you to link directly to our site without additional parameters in the URL. Use of this feature offers two benefits: The main benefit being that any link to our website will be directly tracked back to your affiliate account meaning that you don’t need to add your affiliate code to every link. For example, instead of: you can use only: on your website.

The second benefit which is an extension to the first, is that this means your visitors won’t even be able to tell that they are clicking an affiliate link.

To use this feature, you will need to set up your Direct Link URLs in your admin panel by providing the domains of YOUR WEBSITES where the standard links to our site would be placed. To make sure all page of your website is covered it’s best to provide your domain in the following format:

13. Do you offer a product feed?

Yes, we offer a CSV file with all our listed products - this can be found in your affiliate panel.
